This is totally terrific! One suggestion: I think "Green Effort" is a little vague. I know you are riffing on "War effort" but may need something with more teeth like: Energy Independence or the "Fight Against Climate Change"

I disagree. I think a term like "Green Effort" is usefully vague. It gives the impression that everyone around the viewer/reader is engaged in a general system wide effort. Terms like "energy independence" and "climate change" are too specific. Most readers/viewers have made up their minds on these issues and will tune out specific appeals.
