I might point out one possible edit to the copy "See what you can / Use a Little More / So we all / use a lot less." is strange. Do you mean "See IF you can?"

I like this design a lot. My only concern is that it is rather text heavy, maybe edit to communicate quickly + enhance the message.

I love it and I hate it. It is a great riff on the WWII posters. I think it is important to emphasize that through legislative action we can can go green as a country w/o having to make significant life-style changes as individuals.
