This is one of the fist posters to really take seriously the patriotism theme of the project. I urge others to think more about this as well.

I can't tell what it says. At all. Trde pend ence? I also can't tell what the illustrations are. A soccer goal, a hairy N, a thimble tied to a grave marker, an upside-down bucket with a tail, an ice cream cone with a plug coming out of it?

I agree that the word is difficult to read, but I love the concept, maybe try something similar again, but with an easier to read lettering scheme.

Can't read it, so it is a failure. Sorry, but if the idea is to get a message across, then the first rule is to make the words legible. Concept good. Execution bad.
